Ségur-les-Villas wind farm Dep. Cantal Erection of six 2MW-class wind turbine generators in Cantal Département, Auvergne region. Wind measurements over the past 2 years confirm the good inland location at an altitude of 1,100m.

Currently the planning permission procedure is under way. The application for permission to start construction has been submitted.

In a second development phase, a further 12MW are planned on this elevated plain.

Ste.-Pexine wind farm Dep. Vendee In the Pays de la Loire region, Département Vendée, 2 wind farms are currently planned with three and four 3MW wind turbine generators. Wind conditions are very good here, 30km from the sea. The planning and cooperation agreement with a local French company helps increase acceptance for the project among the local citizens.

Currently the approval procedure is under way. The application for permission to start construction has been submitted.

Poland

Kolberg, Wojewodschaft, Zachodniopomorskie wind farm, Poland In cooperation with Projekt Ekovest Polska Sp. Z.o.o., Projekt Ökovest GmbH is erecting a wind farm with 14 Vestas V80, with a hub height of 100m.

Working in cooperation with the German Wind Energy Institute, wind measurements were taken over one year at 24m and 50m.

The land use plan for Kolberg wind farm has already been modified. The application for permission to start construction has been submitted.

Talks are already ongoing with the local power utility in Koszalin and the regulating authority.

Karlino, Wojewodschaft, Zachodniopomorskie wind energy turbine, Poland Projekt Ökovest GmbH is teaming up with the local authority in Karlino to erect a multi-megawatt turbine on an industrial site in Karlino. The application for permission to start construction has been submitted.

Windpark Radziejów, Wojewodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Polen Initially, Projekt Ökovest GmbH is planning a multi-megawatt turbine together with Radziejow local authority on a publicly-owned site

Wind measurements were carried out over a 1-year period together with Torun S.A. power utility and Radziejow.

The land utilization plan has already been modified. The application for permission to start construction has been submitted. 

Currently talks are in progress with various power utilities.

Brazil

Girua wind farm, Brazil Permission has been granted for 13 Vestas V52 turbines with a nominal output of 850KW. Girua wind farm is located on an elevated plain in the southernmost state of Rio Grande do Sul, on the border with Santa Catarina state.
In June 2009, the authority responsible for the grid, RGE (Rio Grande Energia), granted permission for connection of 22 MW to Girua transformer substation.

Pinhal wind farm, Brazil Permission has been granted for 11 Vestas V80 turbines with a nominal output of 2 MW in Brazil. Pinhal wind farm is located in the southernmost state of Rio Grande do Sul, to the east of Porto Alegre, directly on the coast.
In June 2009, the authority responsible for the grid, CEEE (Companhia Estadual de Energia Elétrica Participações), granted permission for connection of 22 MW to Pinhal transformer substation.
